I chewed open the capsules and tasted the royal jelly, and found it real royal jelly,not fake. It benefited me for over 10 years.. 15 years ago, I knew it was really awesome. This one was for my husband. His stomach has been getting better after taking the same brand of propolis, so I decided to buy jelly after I have built the confidence with this brand. Thanks to Amazon, I forgot to change the old shipping address after we moved to a new place, but the package was delivered to my new place, I am so impressed with the Amazon service.Update 2019:One of my church friend has the latest stage 4 cancer(He used to be very strong), he was so weak after the treatment, near the point of death. It is hard to see church member being suffering , then I offered him this brand, then He started taking it. In 3 days later, he told me, he was energetic, and started working on painting the house. Since then, He always takes one each day, I recommended 3 or more each day for him , but he is kind of stubborn, sticking to taking one each day because one works for him, why 3 ? (For the stronger one ,less capsules, but for the weak, might need to take more , 20 gram/day is still safe. I took 20 gram for many years when I was in my 20s )Update 2022.Two survived from stage 4 cancer since they took royal jelly daily. No cancer is found in their bodies this year. Almost 4 years! Not easy to fight against the late cancer for 4 years. Royal jelly is not suitable for everyone, some might be allergic to it. My father-in-law is allergic to Royal jelly. What a shame! Before I offer it to somebody, I always strongly recommend her/him to do a test by taking one and see what will happen to them.
