Its a little harder to swallow but it’s once a day so I am okay.Prefer veggie capsule. Should’ve looked at description better.I've been buying NOW supplements for awhile. I trust the brand and have found them to be a good balance of quality, reliability and price. They seem to keep raising the price or discontinue specific products to promote the sale of other formulations though so I may have to look for alternatives soon.My one complaint aside from product unavailability or price increases... these have a strong smell and you can definitely taste them after a burp. I don't have any real digestive upset with these but would recommend taking with a meal for best results.So many vitamin choices out there. So many different types of vitamins in the mixes and varying dosages.This one is great. For us, there weren’t any questionable vitamins in this mix. It’s good for different genders - don’t have to worry about too much iron, for example.We’ve never had any issues with taking these (like heartburn, nausea, upset stomach, etc., which can happen with some supplement.)I am a fan of the NOW brand and feel I get a good quality product from them.It’s hard to know from researching online, which brands actually put what they say they do into their products, but I’ve seen lots of good reviews around the internet and even more importantly my experience with their products are positive. You can feel the difference and feel better after starting their supplements like it’s working.I can't ingest Polyethylene Glycol without serious consequences and it is the opposite of expected consequences. I know someone who had "IBS" for ten years which turned out to be caused by a common vitamin containing Polyethylene Glycol. My work changed the soap to something containing it and I have to bring my own soap now or itch all over, it comes off my dry hands and gets on my face and arms! It has no place in the food chain, it's related to antifreeze. Since the farming system of this world is leaching all the vitamins out of the vegetables, you pretty much have to take a multivitamin to get any. I mainly take them for the iron, which I frequently get turned away from blood drives for having enough of, but not enough for them. That is why I gave it four stars. I think they should assume they have a lot of vegetarian or vegan customers since they are vegan pills and crank up the iron a little. I have been turned away since I've been taking them, but I was well within healthy range, they just like you bursting with hemoglobin. I am also not that great at taking them every day, even though I feel better the days I take them.A vitamin is a vitamin is a vitamin, right?False.These were my go to daily vits for quite a while, but then I switched to Deva's Vegan Multivitamins & Mineral Supplements with Greens. It just had more of what I personally needed/wanted (though they're not too different from each other). If I was somewhere and had forgotten to take my vitamin for the day, had no access to deviled eggs or bloody mary's, and (a trusted) someone was like, "oh, do you need a vitamin? I've got Now which has lutein and lycopene"... I'd take one. The point is: if you're looking for something healthier then big brand stuff, definitely make the switch to Now!I have noticed a difference in the way i feel after taking these for a few weeks, I love and trust this brand, and they are are usually priced at a great value. These are easy to swallow, have very little flavor and I have no side effects.This is extremely concerning. There was no way to notify anyone on Amazon about this issue so I guess I will have to email NOW products. I don’t want to give the product 1 star because the company has a great product, it’s just the seals and safety of this bottle can not be verified. Looks like a huge quality control issue with the sealer in the factory. But still, very concerning.Entrega a tiempo, buenas vitaminas
