I love so much about this brand. First, what’s included in the vitamins. I learned about Needed after my baby was born, but I wish I had learned about this brand sooner. When trying to conceive, I asked my ob/gyn about the best prenatal to take and was told “anything with folate.” Sadly, I now know that this is not true. The forms of vitamins and minerals used in a prenatal vitamin is so much more important than the actual vitamins listed on the bottle. If you check out their website, there is so much information explaining the importance of this. Needed’s prenatals are made with only active and natural forms of vitamins. My baby was born two months premature, so having a prenatal vitamin that performs optimally is crucial for me as a breastfeeding mama in order to best support him with his development. Additionally, keeping my milk supply up is a huge priority to help him to grow, so this bundle is perfect for that.Second, what’s not included in the vitamins. There are no fillers, synthetic materials, additives, or artificial flavorings/colorings. Everything that is in the vitamin is there for a purpose. Wondering why your prenatal is so inexpensive compared to Needed? Maybe it’s because so many prenatal dare basically fruit snacks.Third, how customizable Needed’s products are. I love this breastfeeding bundle because it includes everything I need, with the option to adjust my dosage based on my needs. They include information on how much vitamin D3/K2 you should be taking depending on what stage of motherhood you are in. I also purchased the iron supplement separately because I was anemic in pregnancy and my levels are still slightly low. I love that they keep their iron separate for this exact reason. As an exclusively breastfeeding mama, I am starving all the time. Now that I’ve been using this bundle, which includes collagen protein powder, I am not as hungry as quickly because of the added nutrition. The hydration packets are so helpful for those days where I’m stuck on the couch with a sleeping baby and my water bottle is in the other room.Lastly, Needed’s focus on the customer. Needed is not here for a profit like all big companies are. They back all of their products with research and science, ensuring they give all of their customers the best nutrition they can. I know I can trust this business with my health. Not to mention, they’re women owned :)I have been using this bundle for about a month now and I’m super pleased with it. I start my day by adding the collagen protein to my morning smoothie and it stabilizes my hunger and cravings throughout the day. On days I forget to make my smoothie, I definitely miss it and notice a difference. I add the electrolytes to my water shortly after my morning smoothie. I am currently breastfeeding my second baby, and with a toddler running around hydration is key. When I breastfed my first daughter, there were days that I didn’t drink enough water and my supply definitely suffered because of it. Without a doubt the electrolytes help tremendously. They are less sweet than others on the market so I add the electrolytes to a smaller quantity of water for greater flavor. The vitamin d and prenatales give me the confidence that I’m giving my baby exactly what she needs too.The postpartum period is a huge adjustment for mamas and needed takes the guesswork out of nutrition (aka one more thing off your plate!) I love my morning routine with needed. They did a lot of research when putting everything together and it shows. It’s a brand that I trust!There's so many good things to say about this bundle. The heart behind the company, what they stand for, the vitamin source and so much more!I have 3 babies and just now learned about needed. Since using this bundle and some of their other products, my postpartum journey has been more manageable both mentally and physically. I love the taste of the electrolytes as it isn't as sweet and full of sugar like other electrolytes.The collagen is great in my morning coffee and good way to get additional protein.The prenatals are unmatched. I've been taking prenatals for almost 4 years now and there are none on the market like needed's!
