Am always a little skeptical about certain products that promise many things ... took this because the omega-3 supplement was not sufficient to control symptoms and it was recommended to add an omega-6. It may be helpful to note that I consume little omega-6 in my diet, contrary to the Standard American Diet.So imagine my pleasant surprise when the mild-to-moderate PMS symptoms melted away and my skin condition continued to improve. Used a higher dose for six months and am able to decrease to this lower dose now without any difficulties. Have been on the lower dose for 3 months now without any recurrance of symptoms.This brand is one of two I could find that guaranteed to be hexane-free and the price was right.It is difficult to determine the overall effects of this product, but it has helped with some of the symptoms I was experiencing. It was recommended to me by a friend, and I am happy that I found this. And, the 2pack is great, and is a good deal. It's cold pressed, which EPO must be or the oils will be damaged. My wife highly recommends it over other brands. This product is great value, will buy again.dosage is a lot. 6 a day! pills are small. Not sure whats better for my alopecia this or borage oil.Great price for these.
