I have been using Smooth Move tea for a couple of years. It works well, but having to brew and make tea every night can be quite inconvenient when traveling. (Which I do weekly for work).I was looking for something that has similar ingredients to the Smooth Move and came across this. I am thrilled! Finally, I can simply take some tablets to accomplish the same results.The only down side to these pills is that they are somewhat difficult to swallow. I take a lot of supplements and am easily able to swallow 10 pills at once. But not so with these. I use 6 to 8 tablets of the TAM each night (this amount gives me the same good results as 2 bags of Smooth Move Tea), but I can only manage 2, maybe 3, at one time. They are quite "chalky " and don't go down easily. They do taste a little "grassy" if I don't manage to get them down right away. This does not deter me in the slightest, though. I drink lots of water with them. I am just so happy to have the convenience of the tablets and no longer have to worry about brewing tea. And the price is excellent! I absolutely recommend this product.These pills work great!I have been using this product for several years. I keep some on hand for the times that I need it. It is smooth and does not cause a lot of cramping. I only use 2 pills when necessary to get the job done. I definitely would recommend this product.The product was used to deal with constipation. It is quite effective.I've used this product over the years, it works well.This is the only "aid" I will take. I have been using it " as needed" for at least 3 years. I have tried others only to toss them and reorder my TAM. I would encourage you to take the full 2 tablet dose. My friend took just one and did not get the results she expected. I prefer to take mine in the late evening because you need to drink plenty of water to get the full effect. With this practice I do not loose sleep and get results in the early morning. I urge you to try it.Good stuff! Works gently but effectively. Having dealt with diabetic GI tract neuropathy for decades I require a means of effective stimulus and control for the entire system from the esophagus on. This product provides that if I cooperate with a good diet and some common sense about dosages! The tablets are easily swallowed. The price is reasonable.
