I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice.My husband has severe asthma and seasonal allergies and has always been in the ER every year since he was a teen, for his symptoms.He was on all the meds they automatically put people on for these symptoms, all the steroids, inhalers, and nebulizers etc. and they didn’t always work either. They barely kept him functioning.Eight years ago, my doctors were no help at all to me with some of my own issues, and I saw through what was happening and realized they were following protocol for big pharma, and didn’t really know where my symptoms were coming from, so I started studying for myself, researching, etc and eventually healed myself.So long story short, I applied this same philosophy to the rest of my family, starting with my husband, and I put him on this supplement bromelain & quercetin, with a double dose of organic C from actual fruit every day (not synthetic ascorbic acid from big pharma,) and one Zyrtec a day. This was eight years ago.In the last eight years, my husband has not been to the ER once, or a doctor, at all. He has not had any symptoms, save twice, when the oven got smoky from a spill, and he had to open the windows for a minute. That’s IT.I’ve come to find over the years, that the medical industry is one for profit only, so beware and be think for yourself. Almost every commercial you see is paid for by big pharma. Allopathic doctors are trained and schooled by text books and studies that are written and approved of, by big pharma.Taking supplements rarely if ever, hurts anyones. If a vitamin or supplement makes you uncomfortable, stop taking it lol. But don’t listen to the propaganda that tells you supplements and diet don’t work, because that is a marketing LIE to keep you sick and dependent on an industry that lies and profits off of sickness!!Recommended by some doctors for respiratory support. The time I had Covid I had it for almost 2 months! This time I had symptoms for about 3 days!! I took this as soon as I started feeling bad and it made all the difference in the duration! I have mild asthma and it was wonderful at helping that so I didn’t have to take singulair and Symbicort which didn’t work great and had side effects.This worked great! Although it came with getting my acid reflux/heartburn again. I have had that in the past and sucked to get it back again. But I had also neck issues and Quercetin worked wonders for that pain for sure. I didn’t have to take any pain relievers so I stuck it out. But just couldn’t deal with the reflux anymore cuz taking acv didn’t help. So I stopped. The pain came back but I did other things by that time to control it.Got my acid reflux on track and had to heal my esophagus so I did the acid reflux diet and took Zantac temporarily (before the recall).But recently I’ve had a lot of migraines because of allergies (the weather) and my neck issues. So I decided to try this once again. I took two this time to start out because last time I think I took too much so I ended up with acid reflux. But I got bad heartburn.But then I just took one which is 400mg and jackpot! That worked. No reflux(well maybe a tad but goes away and I can handle it with Pancreatin or enzymes). And it helped my asthma in conjunction with Mullien leaf supplement. It also helped my allergies with taking allegra and a homeopathic along side. And I can add it still helped my pain. Ever since taking this again I havnt had a migraine!Extra benefits are that it seems to help my overall digestion as well and helps my overactive bladder, which is a plus.
