Seems to be working well for my dog. He doesn’t limp anymore and acts more like a puppy now.Keeps my older dogs moving freely. It is the only product i’ve found with chondroitin, glucosamine and hylaronic acid.Dog feels betterI love this product. We have an 8 and half year old and a 3 year old German Shepherds. My older one still jumping and running, thanks to this product, which he takes about 5 years on now daily. This is an excellent product for my aging greyhounds. Highly recommended by my vet to promote good hip & joint health.Good price for the productActually, for us it was not helpful, but maybe for others it was.I started giving my dogs human-grade glucosamine, and later with chondroitin, years ago when I had an old dog with hip issues. That was before it became a common supplement for pets, and was still relatively unknown for humans. It really helped him to have a better life his last few years. Now, fortunately, I'm using this product only as a preventative. One of my dogs is older, and he was a stray, so I don't know what kind of care he was getting until a year ago. He doesn't seem to have joint issues, but I want to head off any that threaten. The other ingredients in this supplement are Vitamin C and Manganese as active ingredients and a handful of other inactive ingredients, beef flavor, brewers yeast, and cheese flavor as the first three. One tablet has 500 mg of glucosamine and 400 mg chondroitin. This seems to be a high quality tablet, and one that is chewable as a treat for the dogs. One of my dogs is just a little skeptical about eating these. He usually isn't picky about much of anything, and the older dog, the smaller one who gets only a half tablet, gobbles them down. The other dog won't eat his until he sees the older one eat his without suffering any nefarious poisoning. The one who thinks he is being poisoned is getting better about not turning his nose up at them, but that has taken awhile. These pre-scored tablets are easy to break in half for lower doses, no knife or pill-splitter needed. After 4 - 6 weeks, the dosage is lowered. With continued use, I hope my dogs never have joint issues. Only time will tell.My dog has had a new lease of life since taking these. Expensive but well worth it.
