I watched a video from a dr who believes in supplementation and he was saying how the most popular magnesium oxide (which is what I took for years) is the worst type of magnesium your body can take abs how it does almost nothing in terms of supplementation to our bodies. I ordered it and I swear I will never take anything else as far as magnesium. First off I was always having diarrhea and flatulence with the oxide 400 mg. Then my sleep has Aldo improved. And cherry on top it ideas to swallow.
